[ There really isn't anything to do at all after the first two days of tests and finding nothing wrong. No brain bleed. No signs of idiopathic hypertension. Nothing at all to do besides going through therapy to relearn how to navigate the world without sight: an hour of walking around the halls with supervision, and then the rest of the day in bed with her earbuds in and staring at what's supposed to be the ceiling except it's all black.
Today, though, Terry enters an empty room, except the light to the bathroom is on and then there's Kido stomping out of the bathroom and slamming both hands down on Terry's shoulders and giving them a little shake.
She wants to shout something like "Terrence!! It's a modern day miracle!!!!" but the words aren't coming out in her all her astonishment of being able to distinguish shapes and colors again. All she can do is urgently shake Terry's shoulders and hope he understands. ]
